FREE 5-Year Miele Warranty: Eligible products receive a FREE upgrade from the manufacturer's standard one (1) year warranty to a Five (5) Year Total Miele Extended Warranty on the respective Miele appliance purchased directly from Miele or through a Miele Chartered Agent.

30-Day money back guarantee: The 30-Day period begins at the date of delivery (not installation) of the product to the customer. The appliance must have been operated and installed according to the Miele operating instructions and must not have been damaged by the user in any way including scratches, dents, or other physical damages to the appliance. Miele reserves the right to reduce the amount of appliance refund based upon inspection of returned product.
Amount of refund does not include installation, or any cost incurred by customer for cabinet modifications, electrical, plumbing work, or shipping and handling. Refund amount is the amount paid for the appliance and genuine Miele accessories only at time of order, including applicable sales tax. Miele is not responsible for providing a substitute appliance, should this guarantee be invoked. The Peace of Mind Guarantee can only be invoked once per household in any 12-month period.
If the appliance was installed by a Miele Certified Installer, Miele will uninstall the appliance. However, if the installation was not performed by a Miele Certified Installer, the customer is responsible at their cost for the de-installation of the appliance before Miele will do the pick-up as part of the return. The Miele recycling fee for your previous appliance is non-refundable. There is a $100.00 pick-up fee for any appointment outside of the major metropolitan areas in Canada (please contact Miele to verify that your location is within the defined metropolitan area before your purchase).
